Case Study — Merchant Services, Dublin

CFS Ireland.
A trust-first site for independent payments.

Aaron Kelly has 20+ years in payments. His old web presence didn't show it. We rebuilt the brand and shipped a navy-and-teal site with three vertical landing pages and an SEO foundation built to rank for "merchant services Ireland".

The Challenge

A senior operator with no web presence to match.

Twenty years of payments experience, hundreds of Irish businesses served, but a website that didn't carry the credibility — and didn't separate the three different audiences walking in the door.

CFS Ireland is independent — no acquirer lock-in, no hidden interchange margin, real consultancy. That positioning is rare in the Irish payments market, but the old web presence didn't communicate it.

Three concrete problems before we started:

  • One generic page tried to serve three very different buyers — a Dublin restaurant comparing terminals, a healthcare clinic worried about PCI scope, and a multi-location merchant negotiating rates. Each needs a different conversation.
  • No structured trust signals — no Organization or LocalBusiness schema, no founder bio, no consistent NAP, nothing that AI search or Google could parse into "this is a credible Irish payments specialist."
  • No SEO foundation — competitors ranking for "merchant services Ireland" had no real expertise behind them, just SEO scale. The site needed to start ranking on the strength of who Aaron actually is.
The Approach

Brand first. Then site. Then schema.

We don't skip the brand step. Every CFS page reads from a single design system — navy #0F1F3D, teal #0E7C7B, canvas #F4F6F9, Inter — so trust is felt before it's read.

The build ran in the WebFluence Squad pipeline — eight specialised AI agents producing a structured Airtable plan, then a static HTML site checked in to git, deployed to Vercel.

  • Brand book delivered first — a 10-page PDF locking the palette, typography, voice, and the "Transparency in every transaction" line. Signed off before the first line of HTML.
  • Three vertical landing pages, not one — Healthcare, Hospitality, and Merchant Services. Each speaks the specific concerns of that buyer, with a tailored CTA back to Aaron.
  • Founder-trust hero — Aaron front and centre, real photo, real direct line, real email. No stock-photo handshake imagery.
  • Full Organization + LocalBusiness JSON-LD schema — legal name, founder details, opening hours, areaServed:Ireland. Parsable by Google and by every AI engine that scrapes structured data.
  • SEO foundation — semantic headings, canonical tags, meta descriptions, Open Graph, sitemap-ready. Built to rank from day one, not patched in later.
What we delivered

Everything you can actually use.

No vapour. Each item below is shipped, version-controlled, and either live in production or attached to the project record.

01

Brand book (PDF)

10-page brand system — palette, typography, logo usage, voice, tagline. Signed off by Aaron before the build started.

02

Pitch deck (PDF)

Landscape A4 deck Aaron can hand to a prospect — positioning, services, pricing logic, founder background.

03

7-page static site

Home, Healthcare, Hospitality, Merchant Services, About, Contact, Concepts. Hosted on Vercel, version-controlled.

04

Organization & LocalBusiness schema

Full JSON-LD graph on every page. Founder, legal name, opening hours, areaServed:Ireland — all machine-readable.

05

SEO foundation

Canonical tags, meta descriptions, Open Graph, semantic heading hierarchy. Built to rank without retrofitting.

06

Vertical-specific copy

Three distinct narratives for Healthcare, Hospitality, and Merchant Services — each addressing the real buying question for that audience.

I agree 100%.
