Dublin's productised web design squad. We build conversion-first websites for Irish & UK SMEs, ship them inside a week, and treat the result as a system to sharpen — not a project to forget.
WebFluence started with a simple frustration — Dublin SMEs being quoted €5,000 for a website they didn't need and waiting four months for it to ship.
I'm Dusan Walla, founder of WebFluence Digital. Two decades in operations and systems leadership across multiple industries taught me one thing that translates everywhere: speed and discipline beat process every time. The agencies winning the Dublin web design market today are still selling a process from 2015. I built WebFluence to sell a result instead.
We're a productised hybrid by design. Every project runs through the same 8-agent pipeline — research, brand, storyboard, architecture, design, image generation, QA, deployment — in parallel rather than waiting on a single designer to do everything sequentially. That's why we can ship a custom site in seven days while a mid-tier Dublin agency takes ten weeks. Same output. Different operating system.
I personally review every project before it ships. If we say yes to your build, you get me on the call — not an account manager, not a "client success lead." If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you on the first call and point you to the agency archetype that is.
Don't build the perfect website. Build the smallest one that earns — then sharpen it every month. Compounding starts on day one, not day ninety.

Traditional agencies sequence work through one designer, one project manager, one developer. We parallelise it across eight specialist agents — each owning a single layer of the build. The result: a custom site shipped in days, not months, without sacrificing the depth of work that makes it earn.
ICP, personas, conversion paths, competitor mapping.
Identity tokens, voice, typography, colour discipline.
Real demographics, anti-bias direction for image prompts.
Scene-ordered storyboard with copy direction.
Layout systems, CSS specs, responsive strategy.
Production-ready prompts, generation, iteration.
Tailwind-class production code on brand tokens.
QA, schema, sitemap, Vercel deploy. Site live.
Five principles that decide what we build, how we price it, and who we say no to. We hold the line on these even when it costs us the project.
A live site at week one beats a perfect site at month six. Compounding starts the day your customer first lands on the page — not the day it's finally signed off.
Code on your GitHub. Domain in your name. Hosting under your account. If you fire us tomorrow you take the whole stack with you. No proprietary platforms, no lock-in.
If we're not the right fit for your project, we say so on the first call and recommend who is. We turn down more work than most Dublin agencies pitch for. It's the only way the yes means yes.
A website is a habit, not a one-off. Every build ships with on-page SEO, analytics, ranking foundations — so the next twelve months compound, not stagnate.
No synergy. No leverage. No ecosystem. No unlock. We talk to Dublin SME owners the way we'd talk across a table — direct, numbers-led, no agency jargon.
Every tier is published. No discovery-call anchoring, no hidden setup fees, no minimum retainer. The number on the page is the number on the invoice.
The work, plainly stated. No vanity metrics, no fabricated awards.
Book a 30-minute audit call. We'll answer in plain English, tell you on the call whether we're the right fit — or who is.
