1. Who we are
WebFluence Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital studio operating from Dublin, Ireland, providing web design, SEO, and AI automation services. The legal entity behind WebFluence Digital is WebFluence Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.

For the personal data collected through this website we are the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
2. What we collect and why
2.1 Contact form submissions
When you submit our contact form we collect the fields you provide: name, email address, optional phone, optional business name, the service you select, and your message. The form is processed by Web3Forms, who deliver it to dusan.walla@webfluence.digital. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated).
- Recipients: Web3Forms (form processor); the email is then stored in Google Workspace.
2.2 Analytics (consent-gated)
With your consent given via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (property G-YX063DWS66) loaded via Google Tag Manager (container GTM-K3FBRR26). GA4 records pages visited, time on page, referring source, approximate location (city level), device type, and browser. IP addresses are anonymised by GA4 default. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — analytics cookies do not fire until you click Accept all.
- Lawful basis: your explicit consent. Withdraw any time by clearing the
wf_cookie_consententry in your browser’s localStorage, or by waiting for the 180-day banner refresh and clicking Reject all. - Recipient: Google Ireland Limited.
2.3 Strictly necessary cookies and server logs
Cloudflare sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies for bot protection and DDoS defence. We store one first-party item, wf_cookie_consent, in localStorage to remember your cookie choice. Vercel server logs (IP, request timestamp, user agent, URL) are retained for security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the processor’s certification status.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and one localStorage entry. The full list, durations, and purposes are detailed in our Cookie Policy. EU/EEA/UK visitors see a consent banner on first visit; non-essential cookies fire only after explicit acceptance.
5. Retention
- Contact form submissions (in Google Workspace inbox): retained until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for the relationship — whichever comes first.
- GA4 analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default for our property), then automatically purged by Google.
- Cookie consent record (
wf_cookie_consentin your browser): 180 days, then re-prompted. - Server logs: up to 90 days.
6. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request rectification of inaccurate data
- Request erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie — for UK residents the supervisory authority is the ICO at ico.org.uk

7. Security
Traffic is served over TLS. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to Web3Forms. Cloudflare provides bot management and DDoS protection. Administrative accounts use two-factor authentication. We apply security updates promptly and review dependencies regularly. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify the relevant authority within 72 hours where required by law.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on the website at least 14 days before they take effect.
