The Honest Breakdown

What affects the cost of a website

Five factors drive what you'll actually pay — and which one matters most for your return.

01
Custom design vs template

Templates are cheaper upfront but generic. Custom sites cost more and convert better — designed around your customers' specific journey, not a default layout.

02
Number of pages

Up to 7 pages is €3,200. 8–15 pages is €6,000. 16–25 pages is €11,000. An extra page on its own is €450, or €380 each when three or more are added in one round.

03
Integrations

Online booking systems, eCommerce, CRM connections, and custom forms add development time. Basic contact forms are always included. Ask about your specific integrations.

04
Ongoing SEO vs once-off

A once-off site gets indexed but doesn't grow. Monthly SEO compounds — each post earns impressions that feed the next keyword. The ROI per euro increases every month.

05
Agency size and overhead

Large agencies have account managers, project managers, and multiple handoffs. WebFluence is lean — you work directly with the builder. Less overhead, faster delivery, lower cost.

FAQ

Pricing questions, straight answers

The questions we get asked before every first call.

A custom WebFluence site starts at €3,200 for up to 7 pages. A standard site of 8–15 pages is €6,000. A premium site of 16–25 pages is €11,000. Custom or app-shaped work starts at €14,000. These are client rates, ex-VAT. The calculator turns that into a starting band for your scope.
Five factors drive website cost in Ireland: (1) Custom design vs template — custom sites cost more upfront but convert better and rank higher. (2) Number of pages — a 5-page brochure site costs less than a 20-page service site. (3) Integrations — booking systems, eCommerce, CRM connections add cost. (4) Ongoing work — a once-off build is cheaper but won't grow without a maintenance and SEO retainer. (5) Agency overhead — boutique agencies like WebFluence Digital cost less than full-service agencies because there's no account management layer.
Visibility retainers are €800, €1,500, or €2,800 per month. Starter is a monthly audit, two posts, ranking tracking, and an AI citation check. Standard adds four posts, technical fixes, and a monthly call. Premium adds eight posts, outreach, and a quarterly strategy session. The website is quoted separately. Retainers are billed on the 1st.
A starter site, up to 7 pages, is built to go live in 7 days once the brief is in. Standard and premium sites take longer, and that timeline is set on the call. Rush delivery, under half the normal time, adds 30% to the build.
Builds of €2,000 or more are 50% on the signed quote and 50% on launch. The site goes on your domain when the balance clears. Retainers are billed on the 1st, net 7 days. The calculator figure is a starting band, not an invoice.

A website is scoped on web design. Rankings are SEO. A one-week workflow is the Automation Sprint. What the market charges is the website cost guide. The figure you send is the one this calculator produces.
