The Brief

B2B consultancies serving multiple verticals need separate conversations.

One generic services page cannot speak to a CFO, an operations director, and a strategy lead at the same time.

This showcase models a Dublin management consultancy that wins mandates by speaking to each buyer type on their own landing page.

Three problems this template solves:

  • One page for three verticals — strategy, operations, and finance buyers shared a single undifferentiated services page
  • No lead capture — prospects had to email — no consultation form, no GDPR-aware consent line
  • Weak structured data — no Organization or ProfessionalService schema — invisible to AI search and Google parsing
The Approach

Verticals first. Lead capture second. Schema third.

Mineral white canvas, deep navy, teal signal, analytical violet — Swiss grid, not AI neon. Sora + Inter + IBM Plex Mono.

Eight routes structured around mandate fit: home diagnostic, three advisory verticals, about, contact, security, privacy.

  • Operating-friction diagnostic (MOD-06) — non-scored symptom map → service route + illustrative first steps
  • Three distinct verticals — strategy, operations, finance — different triggers, 30-day sequences, and out-of-scope
  • Engagement model — Diagnose → Align → Implement → Transfer with SVG line-draw
  • ProfessionalService + FAQ schema — showcase-labelled contacts, no ratings or invented people
  • Mandate enquiry — demo form with consent; nothing transmitted; no confidential uploads

Build notes — not a client testimonial.

This is a showcase template built to production standard. No client quote, no invented metrics — just the decisions we made and what we shipped.

For agencies

B2B builds are agency margin — high value, slow to produce in-house. This template covers vertical landing pages and schema in one pass.

For business owners

If you consult across sectors, each vertical gets its own landing page with tailored copy and a lead capture form — not a PDF download buried three clicks deep.

How we ran it

PHASE 03
Build and schema
Pages written, JSON-LD added, mobile tested at 390px and 768px.
